Training centre course dates are subject to change due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation. Live Online courses may be added to replace training centre courses if the face to face versions are not able to run.
The three-day course is delivered in a well-equipped training centre.
Students are challenged to set up a new business and put in place the measures required to ensure the health, safety and welfare of employees and others. Students are immersed in a realistic workplace scenario and are faced with a series of team challenges.
The student-centered nature of the exercise allows learners to draw on existing knowledge and instincts. The tutor acts as facilitator and adviser, rather than ‘lecturer’.
